The Waste Connect will manage your entire account – whatever services you require and whether we can deliver them directly or not, we will work independently with key preferred suppliers to deliver what you need, what suits you and your requirements. One contact is all you need and then you will receive one invoice, one substantial report, full compliance check and one transparent contract. If for whatever reason we don’t deliver, you will only have to give us 30 days notice and you will be free to move on however, we believe that our excellent, reliable service will mean that you’ll stay with us for a very long time.

The Waste Connect have listened to their customers and know that sometimes the fortnightly service offered by the local authority isn’t sufficient for many households and therefore we are able to help. We can provide an additional bin (s) as required and arrange a collection of your waste every other week so you effectively have a weekly collection schedule.
