"If you're sick of Biffa…"

We recently switched to Waste Connect for our bins in our Burnley and Hereford sites, and the difference has been night and day. Their communication is excellent with quick responses, clear updates, and a real sense that they care about our business.

What I really like is that they know us by name and 'gets' our business, but they’ve got the structure and reach of a big national provider. It’s the best of both worlds. Reliable, very reasonabe costs, straightforward, and hassle-free service: very highly recommend.

Caroline has been amazing in moving our bin contract, setting up a new account, removing bins from an existing supplier that weren’t her responsibility, couldn’t ask for a better service

I used to have to pay an extortionate price to dispose of the soot from my chimney sweeps business. Now I put the bags into the wheelie bin provided by waste connect, email them when it is full and they come and collect it. Easy, convenient and reasonably priced.

Changed to waste connect after staying loyal for 10 years to a local company only to find I could save almost 50% on charges and get a better service! Caroline our advisor is straight onto any requests and made sure we were looked after during the change over. What a great decision we made to change to them I really feel valued!
